ST LUCIE COUNTY ADAM’S RANCH TOUR:
AN INVITATION TO FLORIDA MASTER NATURALISTS

The University of Florida / St Lucie County Cooperative Extension, in conjunction with the Savannas State Preserve, has been granted special access to historic Adam’s Ranch in western St Lucie County. Florida Master Naturalist Instructors Wren Underwood and Ken Gioeli extend an invitation for a limited number of Master Naturalists to tour Adam’s Ranch in St Lucie County on October 31, 2009. Space is available on a first come, first served basis. Pre-reservations are required.

Adam’s Ranch began to take shape in South Florida in 1937. From that beginning, it has developed into one of the largest cattle ranching operations in the U.S. Their management and conservation practices have been nationally recognized as being beneficial to our native wildlife and plants. Adam’s Ranch is located 12 miles west of 1-95 on Orange Ave in Ft. Pierce. A map is available online at www.adamsranch.com/
