PLT Teachers and Facilitators:
Please join PLT for the Project Learning Tree Extravaganza, November 4-6, 2009 at the beautiful Withlacoochee State Forest in Brooksville. Based on information from their survey, the organization designed the two back-to-back workshops with reduced travel expenses in mind. (Travel issues were the most often cited barrier for participants wanting to attend the workshops.)
· The Facilitator Training Workshop, Nov. 5, will begin at 10:00AM and ends at 4:45PM. You must be a trained PLT educator or facilitator to attend this workshop.
· The PLT Extravaganza Workshop, Nov 6, runs from 8:30AM- 4:30PM.
· The best bargain is to attend both workshops. We hope our newly trained PLT facilitators from the first workshop will attend the second one to learn more about PLT and network with other PLT facilitators.
Because of our generous sponsors, we are able to keep registration costs very low. The registration deadline is Oct 1, 2009. This information will be posted in the calendar section on the PLT website.
