I'm doing the FMNP Coastal module this April and will be taking a boat trip from Ruskin to Egmont Key on Sunday, April 5 from about 8am-4pm. As in the past, I have a special rate with the charter boat captain (mostly just the cost of fuel) but since the boat holds 40 passengers, will open the trip up to past graduates to help cover the costs. The cost is just $30 per person and part of the trip will be doing sampling in the bay, seining on the island plus a talk by the ranger about the natural and historical resources on the island.
