storm drain marker study

I recently sent out some information about our upcoming storm drain
marker study and asked for volunteers to help us with the study. I got
several responses, one of which was from a volunteer in a community that
fit our profile. But I still need one more. Here's what we're looking
for:

A community in the south part of the county (Seffner and south) that
has public drainage and a location where an intern from our program
could easily access the outfall of one or more storm drains (i.e. the
edge of a pond.) Drains can't be marked already. We'd also need a
volunteer from that community who is willing to mark the storm drains
and distribute door hangers in an approximately two block area we will
specify as the target location. That's it. We'll do everything else.

If you live in such a community, please let me know. We can begin once
I have one more community location.
